Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers and Employers

I am an HR Manager with 28 years’ experience, who has struggled with panic, anxiety and stress periodically throughout my career. Fiona intervened and liaised with my employer to advise on and implement a number of reasonable adjustments. As a result, I was deployed into a role more suitable to my skills. Had this not happened my employment might have ended.  Fiona gives brilliant, reassuring, practical support when you need it.

Fiona is lovely and she was incredibly supportive. I was at a very low point in my life and couldn’t see a way forward. Fiona listened with empathy and recognised that I have a visual processing disorder called Irlen Syndrome. She then arranged for me to have a formal assessment, which was incredibly helpful in helping me to identify and understand the issues I was having, as well as developing some practical strategies to help me. Fiona’s ability to understand neurodiversity in the many ways it manifests itself (even when we are unaware of it ourselves) is amazing. She is highly intuitive and couples that with a vast amount of professional knowledge and experience.

Fiona, you are such a lovely caring person who has helped me through my hardest time in my life – you are a caring, warm and a lovely person. Thank you for all your support.

I was in a very, very bad way when I met Fiona, having suffered extreme mental abuse from my employer. I had more or less given up hope of ever feeling happy and normal again. But after 17 years of being scared all the time, Fiona has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
